Shipping and Processing Times
Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Processing and shipping orders can take up to 5 days, as I am running things on my own! Feel free to reach out at any time if you have questions about your order.
Orders are shipped with Canada Post unless otherwise stated or selected at checkout. Once the package is with the post service I no longer have control of it. Please be aware that shipping may take longer during November/December due to the holidays, and that other events such as strikes and inclement weather can also impact shipping times!
International Shipping
I am currently able to ship worldwide, except for for:
1. Palestine, Israel, Haiti, Ukraine, Sudan, Russia and Belarus (Due to Canada Post service suspensions; please see the list of Canada Post Service Alerts for more detail)
2. The UK and Germany (Due to complexities regarding local shipping laws)
I am based in Canada. For all orders outside of Canada, please be aware that additional customs, duties, taxes, or fees may apply to your order. These additional fees will vary depending on the order value, contents, and destination country. International customs, duties, taxes, and fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees will need to be paid either before or on delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier or relevant government body. Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred through customs. Please ensure you provide an up to date phone number at checkout for the smoothest possible delivery!
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of the time they were placed. If you need to cancel an order please reach out through the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing venomfencer@outlook.com
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Refunds, replacements, or repairs are offered on a case by case basis! Due to the handmade and limited nature of my items, I am often unable to accept exchanges. If you have an issue with or questions about your order, please reach out to me through the contact form at the bottom of this page or at venomfencer@outlook.com and I will do my best to make things right!
Right to Refuse Service
Although I try to avoid doing so, I reserve the right to cancel/refund/refuse orders in the case of suspected fraud, rude behavior, or other malicious activity. "Where are you located/Where do you ship from?"
I am a solo freelance illustrator and toy designer based in Ontario, Canada. All items are made, packed, and shipped from my humble home studio unless otherwise stated!
"When do you do updates/restocks?"
Updates and restocks will typically happen once a month. If you want updates as to when drops are happening and what will be included, be sure to follow my Instagram!
"Why is my order showing up as a different amount on my bank statement?"
As I am based in Canada, sometimes your order total may get converted to Canadian currency once it goes through! I unfortunately have no control over how individual banks handle these transactions.
"Do you take commissions or custom orders?"
I do, on a case by case basis! Options for commissions include custom art toys, digital illustration, and sometimes traditional media paintings. If you have a project for me, please visit my Commissions Portal for more information and to submit a request!
